Refund policy
Returns
You may exchange unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased from JTMenswear.com within 10 days after receiving the package. The customer is responsible for his/her return shipping costs if he/she provides inaccurate measurement information.
For any on-sale items, we do not accept return or refund if it is not due to quality issues. Please check our size guide before you order, and kindly notice that we do not accept returns due to color differences.
If you believe you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and make sure to include the following information:
- - The original order number & your current shipping address
- - Photographs of the defective or damaged item
- - Description of how the product was fitting
We’ll respond as quickly as possible and do all that we can to right the situation for you.
Refunds
After customer contacts us for refund, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
